Renovating or building your home is one of the most important investments you'll ever make in your life. While it is a very exciting time, it is completely normal to feel uncertain about where to start. There are many details to take into account, starting with finding professionals that will give you peace of mind in the midst of the confusion.

At PEM Arquitectura we know how important it is that your architect understands exactly the spaces the way you imagined them, and that he is able to capture it in the transformation of your home.

That's why we work in the opposite way to what you know: we invest in you, before you invest in us. Instead of budgeting your home and charging you without knowing how we are going to design it, we design the preliminary project before you make a decision, and without any cost or commitment.

Working with us is simple. Just contact us and we will schedule a first informative call to get to know each other and advise you on every detail. Then, if you think we can be a great team, we will make a first in-person or online visit to your current space and we will get to work to create the blueprint. In 2015 we founded PEM Arquitectura in Buenos Aires and today, 6 years later, we added a new office in Valencia, Spain.

We are a team of architects, interior designers and creative designers passionate about what we do. For us design is much more than aesthetics, it is to give meaning to each of our projects to provide maximum functionality to our customers.
